The yoga tradition upholds the Gita as the central text on non-attachment, a complex, spiritually rich approach to life. As we study the messages of the Gita, we’ll discuss what non-attachment means in our own lives. We’ll look at related concepts from the text like dharma (purpose), karma (action), and shraddha (faith.) As if that weren’t enough, the Gita is a fantastic story, filled with action and symbolism that we can use to unfold our own unique story on the field of life.
